Great place and location .. ..however buyer beware on frequent water service disruptions, Either routine or maintenance reasons. During the 12 months we’ve lived here, we’ve had more than 24 times, the apt complex has turned off the water because of either “emergency or maintenance” reasons. Too too frequent! btw tenants are responsible for water and sewage bills. Local and regional mgmt doesn’t care. Current tenants you can complain to the City of El Paso @ https://www.elpasotexas.gov/311/

Very Comfortable living & they definitely keep up with the apartment complex. Have not seen one rodent, usually I move somewhere & I may see like one or two.
