Great Apartments!!

I would never second guess living in these apartments. The maintence and staff are incredible. As well as the amenities! Pools are always clean, and great open area if you have pets.

Apartment Living

lived here greater than 20 years. Everything is fine except upstairs neighbors. Management is not adept at telling people they won't tolerate noise complaints

Needs Improvement

The utilities were really old and almost falling a part. This place definitely needs improvement, sometimes things would get so bad it was comical lol.

Decent Living

I have lived here for a year and have renewed for another. It is isn't the most extravagant place to live, but I believe I am getting good value for my money. I don't have a lot of a noise. My dogs seems happy wandering the grounds on walks. I almost never have issues parking. Amenities are meh... Maintenance could be better.

Beautiful but Sad

You will end up paying $130 more than the actual rent. Water, trash snd an 80$ internet packsge that is non-negotiable. You cannot choose your internet provider, it us chosen for you. Spectrum is on the Verizon network. They charge us two times more than people who live in their own home. This is unacceptable, but no one complains. The manager of these homes is very unreasonable about what is allowed on your porch You will start with a year or 15 month lease at a decent rate and when you renew, if you switch to month to month it will increase from $1270 to $1880. If you renew at any less than 6 months lease it will also cost $1800 a month. If you renew for a 10 month lease or more it will cost close to your original rent. Sadly, your rent will increase every year instead of decrease. This is unfair; in my opinion they should decrease your rent fior being a faithful renter. outdoor landscaping; however, dog owners do not pick up their dogs’ poop, and you will step in it. If you want to rat on the irresponsible dog owner, you can, because they are supposed to be fined, but they won’t be, they will only be warned. This is why it is a constant danger. Clever and efficient design of the one bedroom apartment. Genius design. Parking is first come, first serve. If you are a teacher or musician, or carry heavy equipment, you may have to carry your heavy books or equipment quite aways. Fir me, this was excruciatingly painful because I am BOTH a teacher and s musician and I have fibromyalgia pain in all my muscles. . The offuce staff are professional; hiwvee they are often disrespectful. I was told by my doctor to have my medical conditions on file at the apartment office in case of emergency, and when i attempted to give it to the office staff, she refused to take it. My apartment is relatively quiet; however, yiu will be sble to hear crying or other night sounds your neighbors might make at night because the walls are not insulated for sound.
