Volare at the woodlands

I appreciate the location and I like the amount of space we have for my son and I to share. But in my case the appliances are dated and kinda sketchy as far as working well. Stove burns really hot or seems like its off etc. I'm unfortunate in that my neighbor seems to need music to fall asleep too every night. And it stays on to around 1am. Not real loud but enough to invade your sleep. Parking is adequate but if you come in late you might have to hunt for some space far away from your building. I renewed for a second lease but if they increase as much as they did this renewal then I won't sign up again. Overall I'm content but I won't rave about this place. Maintenance is pretty awesome, had a leaking water emergency and they were on it. Kudos to those guys.

Apt Review

I like living here, it's a nice apartment with get services. The only problem I have is the noisy neighbors I live around and as much as I like animals, I don't however like dogs barking and howling early in the morning till late into the night.
