Great value for money
Great value for money. Big room with new facilities. The service is great. The area is super quite and safe but for this, any noise from passing by supercars or neighbors can be heard as noisy becuase the surrounding is super quiet. I live in a corner apartment and from time to time (1-2 times per month), i’ll hear people turning up their music in their cars at a high volume in the middle of the night and that isnt nice.

I enjoyed The Mitchell for its location and peaceful community. My neighbors were respectful & I was located on the 4th floor. My only comment is that the car wash should have more maintenance checkups. It was always working but ran out of cleaning options frequently.
