Disappointed
I have lived at Woodland Hills Apartments since 10/2017 I like the location. It's near to a lot of stores and other businesses. I don't like: 1) The fact that I was promised by the management team a reserved parking spot after 5 years of living here and that never happened. 2) The laundry facility next to my apartment has 3/4 broken washers, 3/4 broken dryers since a few months before the pandemic. I got tired of letting management know about. They still haven't been fixed. 3) I submitted several requests about the leak on my ceiling several months ago (which causes the paint in the dining room area to severely peel off. It gives a dilapidated look to my apartment. I was promised by management it will be fixed. Several months later, I'm still waiting for that to happen. It's very disappointing!
