Its a cool place i like the location and how the place looks

I have only lived here for about a month so it's a bit early to evaluate

Great property, budget friendly but still safe clean and peaceful

I liked the landscaping and outlay of the apartments.

I have lived here going on 3 years. From my first year till now. I have seen numerous upgrades and improvements to the property. The management team is professional, respectful and very helpful! The maintenance team is fantastic! So are the monthly community events.

Management/ Maintenance team has been outstanding. Various Resident events make everyone feel included (plus they are fun). Perfect floor plan.

This is truly a fantastic facility with top notch managment!

I lived in several Apts over the last 15 yrs, Wind Dance has been the most convenient. The maintenance is very knowledgeable at their job and timely at making repairs. I've lived on both coasts and the Midwest. The value for their Apts is reasonable compared to other places I've lived. Especially being able to have a garage.

I have been living in the complex for over 5 years and have been pleased from the start. Ty the Leasing agent is very thorough, professional, and attentive to all my needs as a resident, Jessica the complex manger is A+++ she walks the property and stays in communication with her maintenance team to make sure jobs are done in a timely fashion. This property is very pricate and almost like living in your own pricate community.

Brittany, Day, Ricky, Josh, and Emanual are all amazing. They make living here amazing and treat me like family. Truly a wonderful place to live.

Copper Hill has the best office staff and the property is always clean and presentable. Not noisy and the neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves.

Love this place very understanding they are always polite when things go wrong maintenance come as soon as possible

Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

I love this place it's really quiet and the amenties are awesome. But what I am overjoyed about is the fact that the parking is amazing and not having to worry about my guest being towed.

The front office staff is exceptional and very knowledgeable the property is always clean and no noise neighbors are great no complaints
