It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

It's super quiet here which I almost wish it was slightly louder because that's what I'm used to with apartment living. But, no complaints. I love the vaulted ceilings and that there are washer and dryers in each unit. Although I'm not a big fan of white kitchen appliances all in all it's a fantastic place to live so far. Having laminate wood flooring is the best. The staff is super nice too! Love the security gate. Feeling safe here in Dos Vientos community.

Location is GREAT and close to school and shopping. The trash area could be kept a bit cleaner because there is often trash outside of the bins. Overall, I am happy living here.

Also, the interior of the peoperty is very bland and a slight eyesore. Could benefit from a planter or bench. Pool and Gym are nice.

Maintenance is always friendly and knows how to fix or replace everything in a timely and efficient manner. The College can get a little noisy from the games, but other than that, great place to make home. Sprouts just opened up next door too.
