Property reviewsMary F. on Sep 27, 2025The Park at Arlington Ridge is beautifully landscaped with trees that go back to the 1850's. At any time of the year, plants are in flower. The windows of the apartment are spacious and look out at the trees and sky. Friendly neighbors live in our building; we got together for a summer picnic this year. The staff are courteous and efficient. Maintenance occurs rapidly and new appliances are ordered if necessary. Everything is kept in good working order. The location is ideal with a "small town feel" near large city centers. Transportation is a breeze by car or metro and even on foot. Most stores are minutes away. Apartments are well laid out and spacious with a washer and dryer. This is a great home at a reasonable price. We have lived here three years and feel very lucky to have found the Park at Arlington Ridge.

I definitely would recommend living here to a friend, I love my unit and the apartment complex. It is close to shops, the metro, and grocery stores, as well as good restaurants in Cleveland Park.
