Living at Trove has been a great location and price. The environment has been nice and there's lot of pets in the area. The parking lot is covered which is good for bad weather and the rooftop view shows a lot of Washington, DC. The gym is large with different machines and weights including an open space for yoga and boxing.
This apartment has an excellent location, with fantastic views to the north and very close to two metro stops. The amenities are clean and we often take advantage of the rooftop when guests come to visit. The staff is also incredibly friendly - unfortunately there was quite a bit of turnover through 2023, so you might not always get the fastest response, but everyone who works here is so kind and helpful and a joy to see in the front offices every morning. It is definitely an older building, and some of the amenities are older, but the units themselves are clean and new. It's a very good value, and I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in this area.

I have loved my experience calling Gramercy home. The maintenance team is so quick to response, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with their attention to detail. The office staff is amazing, The dedication to the residents and the apartments is top notch. I also love all of the resident events that bring the community together!! Keep up the great work!!
I've lived here for a few months, and I've enjoyed it. The concierge staff is lovely, maintenance gets to your requests quickly, and the location is great for restaurants, getting to the metro, and close to parks. I would recommend to others!

We moved in last July and so far, resident services have been very good. Maintenance is reliable and Front Office staff, especially Jackie, are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely enjoy our stay here.

Things are much different in the midst of a pandemic but it seems our safety is a priority and even under mask I can still sense smiles. I am happy with the choice I made in making Crystal Plaza my home. The ability to get to the metro station underground, The morning coffee, The dog treats for the furry neighbors, laundry facilities, are just a few of my favorite perks so far. I can't wait for the pool to open and for my schedule to free up to allow me to use some of the other spaces. Huge shout out to Sandra for here help with Leasing virtually while I was out of state. She made this process so easy and we are grateful.

From the initial visit to moving in, everything has beeb seamless. The staff has been super helpful, concierges are friendly and outgoing. We made the best decision moving here. We absolutely love our unit, proximity to everything in crystal city, underground mall access, parks, you name it. Couldnt be happier! Thanks

Ive been living in the Buchanan for about 4 years now. When I was first looking for an apartment I knew I needed two things- location & closet space! I work in DC so this location is absolutely perfect, its as close as you can get to DC without it being DC. 10 minutes from Capital Hill and all the fabulous DC restaurants/shopping. Its so easy to grab an uber and go! What separates this place from others is the size of the apartments. At one point me and my husband debated moving just to change things up, but the size of the apartments/what you pay here blow everything else out of the water. Everyone who visits me is amazed at the space that I get, and they are always jealous! I promise you, they have the biggest closets, and as a shoe lover this was very important! Plus since everyone was/is working from home having space to "get away" is essential at this point! Maintanence is also very quick in responding to my work orders, ive never had an issue last longer than a day, nor have I have any major issues. Plus everyone is incredibly friendly! The Buchanan also has the best parking deals which separates this place from others. In addition to the street Parking there is a garage which allows for free parking during the day. Most places charge or only give one guest pass and its such a pain to deal with. Please never change this!! I refuse to visit my friends who's buildings require them to pay no matter what, plus this is why everyone comes here because its so great!!. Overall my husband and I love living here! We have never had an issue with anyone who works here. Everyone who works in the leasing office is fantastic and very personable. We plan on signing our lease again when it ends in 16 months!
I love the size of the apartments and the convenient parking. The staff is often slow to respond. Lots of construction noise in surrounding area all day long!!!
