I've been here about two years now and I would not recommend it. I have been forced out of my original apartment for remodels and rent increases. Additional fees were added, including parking; the guest pass parking rate has increased 100%. I have had to allow workers to access my apartment day after day. Incredible amount of inconveniences. Poor communication with management and maintenance. My home has been entered without any prior noticed numerous times. I have voiced my frustrations and concerns numerous times and still feel dismissed and problems continue to occur. I feel as though I have no control over my own home and have no voice about my safety and the safety of my property. Otherwise, the location is great.
