We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a delightful view. The staff graciously assisted us during our move-in process, with Sean particularly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Constructed in 2010, the building appears remarkably new in comparison to other structures in Arlington. Each unit features a washing machine, and the available storage space is ample. Situated in a low-rise building, the abundance of natural light contributes to a serene atmosphere, further enhanced by the absence of towering structures in the vicinity. Located adjacent to Long Bridge Park, the property offers convenient access to walking and running trails. The Washington View, boasting vistas of iconic landmarks such as the Washington Monument and Congress, instills a sense of security with every glance. Additionally, residents are treated to breathtaking views of the morning and evening sun as it rises and sets. However, it's worth noting that occasional train and airplane noises may pose a challenge for those who are particularly sensitive to sound.

Great Place to live

We moved here recently and have had a great experience so far. The trains and airplanes are pretty noisy but other than that you can't really hear people in other apartments. Maintenance is very responsive and the staff is so kind and helpful. The gym is great and a decent size and we like having a covered parking garage as well. There's lots of great natural light in the apartments and it's walking distance to the metro and several shops and restaurants including Costco and Whole Foods.

Crystal City Lofts

We moved in last July and so far, resident services have been very good. Maintenance is reliable and Front Office staff, especially Jackie, are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely enjoy our stay here.
