My only complain would be about how noisy it gets at times. Also the resident portal seems to be a mess.

Past its Prime
The Quimby is long past its prime. The elevators are frequently out of order, the water is turned off frequently and the fire alarms activate if you try to fry anything; the building fire alarm also trips at least once a month. There are no grocery stores in walking distance. The rents are a bit high, but the hidden costs make the total cost of renting higher than other more modern apartments.

Very nice Building administration and team, they were always very professional, polite and really caring. The building has very good location, close to metro, restaurants and park.
