The location of the apartment complex is convenient. The noise from the train can be startling at times and the walls seem to be a little thin so can be a little noisy.

Just a 10 minute walk to either the Navy Yard or the Wharf, but not paying the price to live in those areas. I have never had an issue with maintenance, staff, or the amenities. The gym is the only disappointment, but I have friends' gyms I can go use. Happily plan on renewing my lease.

One of the best things I can say so far is that the staff and maintenance are very responsive, especially with the portal's email and maintenance request tools. Parking is good if you don't mind your car outside, and the amenities are all not bad.
