One complaint I have is the smell that comes through the vents. People smoke or bring smoke into the apartment and it goes through the vents. For that reason I wouldn't recommend the place for living.

The only complain about the property is how thin the walls between the units. this is an issue if you have a night owl for neighbor and you can literally hear conversation let alone any other extra curriculum activities at night. The HVAC units are noisy as well to the point that you have to raise the tv volume a couple of notches when the heat pump kicks in. Overall, I am happy here as the location, the staff and the residents are all nice people and that is what makes the difference.

Just wish dog owners would not use the courtyard for a place the pets are allowed to run around and relieve themselves in. It leaves a odor. I enjoy my balcony and would like to sit out and not smell the dogs feces. Not fair for others who would like to enjoy courtyard. Please put signs up “no dogs allowed” thanks a bunch

My apartment was immaculate and bigger than expected. The building is clean and quiet, even though there are a lot of dogs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. So far, no complaints and I really like living here.

The building is located wonderfully close to the metro and the G8 bus stop, as well as many newly available attractions and experiences.
