The location of the apartment complex is convenient. The noise from the train can be startling at times and the walls seem to be a little thin so can be a little noisy.

The only complain about the property is how thin the walls between the units. this is an issue if you have a night owl for neighbor and you can literally hear conversation let alone any other extra curriculum activities at night. The HVAC units are noisy as well to the point that you have to raise the tv volume a couple of notches when the heat pump kicks in. Overall, I am happy here as the location, the staff and the residents are all nice people and that is what makes the difference.

The building is nice, good location, never had an issue with parking in the garage other than the garage is pretty tight so having a bigger car sometimes is tough. Unit is great - would love to have a balcony and a pool!! Maintenance requests get answered but sometimes take a little while.

Dorry on Apr 5, 2023I love it here. Building is always super fresh. Just wish dog owners would not use the courtyard for a place the pets are allowed to run around and relieve themselves in. It leaves a odor. I enjoy my balcony and would like to sit out and not smell the dogs feces. Not fair for others who would like to enjoy courtyard. Please put signs up “no dogs allowed” thanks a bunch
