Just a 10 minute walk to either the Navy Yard or the Wharf, but not paying the price to live in those areas. I have never had an issue with maintenance, staff, or the amenities. The gym is the only disappointment, but I have friends' gyms I can go use. Happily plan on renewing my lease.

The parking lot is covered which is good for bad weather and the rooftop view shows a lot of Washington, DC. The gym is large with different machines and weights including an open space for yoga and boxing.

One of the best things I can say so far is that the staff and maintenance are very responsive, especially with the portal's email and maintenance request tools. Parking is good if you don't mind your car outside, and the amenities are all not bad.

The amenities are clean and we often take advantage of the rooftop when guests come to visit. The staff is also incredibly friendly - unfortunately there was quite a bit of turnover through 2023, so you might not always get the fastest response, but everyone who works here is so kind and helpful and a joy to see in the front offices every morning. It is definitely an older building, and some of the amenities are older, but the units themselves are clean and new. It's a very good value, and I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in this area.
