The CSCPay app makes doing laundry a breeze, and they are less than $2 per load. The Sapphire Apartment is a cozy size. Im very pleased with the location being so close to Cherry Creek State Park. It is one that I visit frequently. The communit is close to a latge shopping plaza that makes going out very simple and easy. Parking can be tight if you are trying to park in the same lot as your building. Nevertheless, I’ve always been able to find some place to park. I live in the communit away from the road, one of the older buildings. As a result, it is quiet and no traffic noise makes it over here. Instead, I can listen to the birds and warch the squirrels on the mature trees roam around.

People just throw their trash inside the gate and not in the dumpster itself. Residents go to the 2nd floor and throw their trash over and it lands on the roof covering the dumpsters. Residents put their trash outside the dumpster gate. I guess they dont have a key to get in. Lastly the dumpster gate has been broken for over a month

Property reviewsAnonymous on Mar 12, 2023I've been living here for a year now. i currently stay in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apt. the apartment overall is really spacious for what its worth. my unit comes with a washer and dryer that i pay a fee for each month. overall my stay here has been a pleasant one. i haven't encountered any issues since living here for a year. the staff that i have encountered they have been friendly and easy to wok with. the only cons i have experienced is occasionally having a loud neighbor by walking around to hard upstairs and the other only con would be the trash system. the y tend to get filled really quick. if the dumpster size could be enlarged i think that would help a lot.
