the experience over all is 6 of 10 it could be mcuh better in so many ways. Like some of the units have very old windows and it should be repalce due that we are close to colfax avenue and it could noise on the weekends. Maybe swithcing to better windows will help wioth the noise. Gym does not have enoug equipment to train. Give a better use to the loby room by the bikes rack storage. Install smoke extractor for the kitchens
