Max weight 50 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. All pets must be under 50 pounds (50lbs.). Two (2) pet maximum allowed per unit. Any necessary reasonable accommodations relating to pet ownership must be communicated at the time renter is going through the PetScreening process. Pet rent, deposits, and other rules such as breed, and weight restrictions do not apply to assistance animals. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabled persons with assistance animals, consistent with the Fair Housing Act. Below is a list of dog breeds, restricted from the Community. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time and at the Community’s discretion. Renters may not own or otherwise bring, or allow others to bring, the following breeds onto the Community property. All discretion regarding permissible pet(s) is held solely by the Community. Only dogs and cats are permitted as pets.
