There is no parking available, and constantly cars parked in the alleyway. There is no real security, instead flashing lights when you enter your own home at night and loud sirens that wake tenants up nearly every other night between 1-4am, but never deter anything bad from happening (eg every window getting punched out). rent is outrageously overpriced for such a poorly upkept building. Rent amounts change constantly so they can manipulate people into overpaying.

I am new to the area and I wanted something different from my previous place. I wanted historic and downtown. Well this place was it! I was impressed with how money was put into the place. Expensive tile floors(not cheap)and real wood flooring, and gas stove. The studios are huge inside the building itself is very old and historic which I loved. It gets noisy at times but its to be expected its what I choose. I did see a bug or two upon moving in and a person before I moved in was finding shelter in my unit. But cornerstone handled that and one other issue since I’ve been residing here. But no place is the best place. I’ve ran across some of the same reviews with even the beautiful apartments downtown as well. But it’s all how you make it as far as a home. It has been fine for me. I enjoy the history of the place and the area everything is convenient pretty much. But I asked for a historic dwelling and I got that :)

The apartment is a street away from the Denver art museum. Its close to the capital so a walk away from any downtown events.

So far its okay. Its alot of noise after 10pm above me. The washer didnt work when i went to use it. And the apartment itself is nice i love it. Just need love on the outside and better windows to its not so hard to open. Very old place just needs love on the outside.
