Unprofessional and uncaring

From the second i signed my lease, all decorum went out of the window. Leo stopped responded once he got his bonus from the review he conveniently coild text me about multiple times, but never respond again once he got it. Since I’m limited on characters the biggest issue is I moved into an apartment with NO hot water in the kitchen. No idea where to go in the building. One month in still never met a single person working for corenerstone directly, besides a receptionist who gave me my keys. The list goes on and will be found on the public review pages. Truly disappointed to learn people like this exist, and are okay compromising their integrity for a bonus. Absolutely appaling.

Improvement on last company

The building comes with its quirks, being so old but this new company is an improvement on the last. Neighbors can be very loud, smelly, and disruptive.
