Dont waiste your time

There are homeless people that live in the landry room and mess up the washer and dryer all the time. There are drugs left in the hall ways or used foil. The packages you order gets stolen all thw time have to have a diffrent place to get it. Back door is broken. There are roaches all over fhe halls. Not worth 900+ a month

Noisy all nights

Is my second week here and neighbors are too noisy I can’t sleep they start listening to music all loud at 2am in the morning , homeless ppl in the parking lot and inside the complex like if they where’ to live here , wife is scared to go out side

I cannot say enough about Que Boakye. She has been so helpful at every turn and the best service around. I am in the service industry and very picky about who I write about. but when someone CONSISTENTLY goes above and beyond I feel the need to sing their praise. She is one of the very reasons we continue to stay with Local by Laramar for our housing needs.
