No in-apartment amentities (no dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat, or AC), communal laundry is very expensive and overcharged, have had to request maitenance for broken appliances and pests at least 10 times after living here for less than 7 months, and some requests have not been completed in a timely manner at all and I have had to fix many problems myself. Issues were not properly addressed on more than one occasion. Packages frequently get stolen. The area surrounding the building itself is lovely, but the building itself has a lot of issues and is not maintained properly. Parking is a nightmare especially at night. The amount charged for rent is disproportionately higher than the quality of the building.

Waste of time. We scheduled a tour and the agent never showed up. Lara sent me an email to reschedule, which we did, and nobody showed up AGAIN. Not worth it

I enjoy the accommodation services the staff members provided me and their level of flexibility which is greatly appreciated. There is a smell when you enter the hallway you will have to accommodate but as long as you deep clean your apartment you will enjoy your lease duration.
