Convenience

I delivered food here a few years ago, and I liked the location, and the security door features. Years later I moved here. It's quite close to my job, kids school and family. A diverse community, not a lot of traffic and noise. It's cool.

Just moved in here and love how cute the apartments are! I like that we have access to 1000 Grant amenities. When we moved in the a/c wasnt working. They gave 1 portable ac unit for a 900+ sq ft apartment and the unit didn’t really work. Maintence didnt realize that there was a breaker box in every apartment (behinf the refrigerator, I might add), so they used the main breaker box for the entire building to try to fix the issue when our lights went out due to having the portable ac unit plugged in. There have been issues with the building doors. The back entersnce doors have not been working. So when you take your trash out, you gave to walk all the way around the building. The front door has recently been locking and even if you put in your code/ use the butterfly app it has not been unlocking. The maintance team for this property needs to do better.

Overall Impression`

I've lived here since August, 2023. The apartment complex is nice in that it provides security while also aiming to create an open, inviting space with their centralized outdoor space. The apartment amenaties themselves are a couple of years old in my apartment, but are well kept and function as expected. The maintence staff is responsive and prompt to any and all requests, and the property manager is also friendly and responsive.
