I have lived here 14yrs., and aside from rent increases a few years back, I love it. However, I realize rents are too much in general. Other than that, my experience has been wonderful!

I love it and all services! However, past rent increases have certainly put a strain on my budget. I realize it goes by market price, but I don't think my apartment is that upscale, where you could call it a market price apartment. I have been here 13yrs. and other than the money issue, I love it.
