Eagles Nest Apartments

Love my apartment and the staff is awesome. They are always quick to respond

We like living here overall. Sometimes the parking situation can be tricky if you want to be close to your entry, no big deal. The noise Can be unbearable overnight but is always addressed immediately by propertymanager, and living in an apartment setting, I understand noise is to be expected. The amenities are simple and when it comes down to it, I get what I pay for, (which is a lot for very little). The location is perfect and the view is AMAZING! The neighboring trailer park is expanding and I hope it doesn't impede it. In our growing little town, we need affordable housing, I thought Eagle's Nest was affordable housing, but it seems most of my neighbors are on housing assistance and tanf and snap, not working and that is what makes it affordable for them. In closing, I would rate my home at 3 out of 5 stars.

Like living here but it is hard to get things fixed without a full time maintenance person. The manager we have now is by far the best yet and we have had 5-6 in the past few years. She is has gotten more accomplished without a full time maintenance person then the rest have put together

I have lived here for about 5 years. I love the location and the staff is is always ready to help. Eagles Nest is a great place to live!

I just wanted to say thank you to Tim, my property manager here at Eagles Nest. Moving is a high stress event, he made me feel at ease the moment I walked into his office. His warm personality and care for this community is second to none. I didn't enjoy going home to my last place but I do here. I feel safe and my neighbors are a joy, The view is stunning. Thank you for your time.
