The pool never opens, the manager is rude, the repairs are delayed... The company simply does not care about us and discriminates based on familial status.

Quite are deep in parker, lowincome with increased police presence, housing units aren’t great quality but plenty of space.

I really do enjoy living here. There unfortunately is a lot of police activity on a regular basis. I do also wish the amenities were open and available to use.
