After living here for over 18 months, I feel compelled to share just how much I enjoy calling this place home. The community amenities are not only always open but are truly state-of-the-art, catering to a wide range of interests and needs. Whether it's staying active or finding a quiet corner to relax, this place has it all. What stands out most, however, is the staff. From the mgmt to the maintenance team, everyone is exceptionally kind and courteous. It's rare to find a maintenance staff so committed to resolving issues promptly, often on the same day a ticket is submitted. Their honesty and helpfulness have made living here worry-free. But the perks don't stop at excellent service and facilities. The location is unbeatable, especially with the construction of a Whole Foods right next door. This addition is just the cherry on top of having a Trader Joe's across the street and easy access to the toll road, making daily errands and commuting a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend living here to anyone looking for an amazing home. It's not just the conveniences or the top-notch amenities but the warm and welcoming community that makes it so special. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. This isn't just a place to live; it's a place to thrive.

I absolutely love living here and it's close to my work and all shopping you may want. Up until a week ago it was so peaceful and quite. Unfortunately some noisy dogs have ruined that but other than that it's perfect!!

We moved from east Denver to only find this oasis, it is so peaceful and very relaxing after a long days work. The price is more than fair and we are happy to call this place home for the next few years. After researching over 50+ properties this one the only one we felt would be an awesome home!!!

Meesh was the best tour guide and her enthusiasm was infectious. I could tell how much she loved Broadstone Wren esp, that she also lived there. I fell in love with everything- the grounds, the look of the complex from the outside, the clubhouse and pool. I knew I wanted to live here as soon as I stepped into the apartment! High end finishes from the hardwood floors to the counter tops. Light fixtures to wooden blinds. They didn't leave a detail out. Stainless steel appliances and state of the art washer and dryers. I love it here. I've used to pool several times and spent time playing pool in the clubhouse. What I love is the peace and quiet but still being close to resaturants and shops just down the road. It's a smaller complex which I love and it's never hard to find parking and the pool is never crowded. I know I will love living here and hope to stay for several years!
