Great for Students

I have lived here for a year now, and this is the only apartment I've lived in where I renewed my lease. The staff is great and helpful, and the great location is close to campus and near public transportation.

Nice room, but very unorganized management

I have lived here for seven months. There aren't many amenities, but it is close to the Spring Creek Trail and the Colorado State University campus. The people at the property management company are very unorganized and made the move-in process extremely cumbersome and stressful. They made many promises that they did not follow through on without persistent reminders.
