Nice but expensive

These apartments are really nice, and are very conveniently located if you are a CSU student. However, the lack of guest parking, the noise from the train and main road, as well as paying almost double what anyone else I know is paying in rent… it’s not quite worth it.

Close, but Loud

The apartments are a great walking distance to campus, but proximity to the train tracks means you will be unable to hear yourself think at times. Including at 3am.

Lived here for about 4 months. was very disappointed with my experience since I got here. Apartments are not as nice as they make it seem, and the leasing agent didn't help much with our issues and expectations.
