Property is good, and staff is excellent. The prices feel high for similar housing with more benefits on the market. May be due to location that prices are as high as they are

Great location but parking is a problem

I love my apartment and would love to stay here longer but there is no parking for visitors on the property or street parking anywhere close to us. It really is a problem and they're big on towing. Otherwise, great maintenance whenever I have a problem, quick to respond, and amazing location next to campus and close to the Max. The train next to us is not a problem.

Resident of over a year

The constant repaving of the parking lot without adequate notice or provided alternative parking spaces has been a serious mark on the service of the staff at this apartment. When I have asked for clarification on a charge or expectation of residents (parking during pavement) I have found the staff to be unsympathetic to my confusion. Further, the staff seem to be difficult to get a hold of at times. I believed we were charged fees for a grill to be put into the picnic area over the summer but it is late September and it is still not present. Further, our cafe is now gone so the amenities at the property are less than satisfactory. The lack of visitor parking spaces also does not add to the value of this property. (I'm glad we have new signage though!) Every interaction I have had with maintenance staff has been nothing but pleasant and prompt. The main saving grace of this property is its location, appliances within the units, and affordable pet fees.
