Close to CSU

Been here for 2 years, lots of college kids. Hard to beat the location if you need to get to CSU.

Great location

I have been living at Prospect station in total for about 3 years. I would say that the best thing about living here is the proximity to the bus route and campus. This definitely is a plus for students and people working at CSU. An area of improvement, though, would be the communication between staff and residents. Although it is understandable why work orders may take long to complete, the lack of communication sometimes leaves the residents confused whether they will receive help or not. Otherwise, I am thankful for the apartment I am living in.
