I have lived in this unit for over a month now. Moving in was smooth, although I did have a few items broken at the apartment, considering it had been pre-inspected before we moved in. Maintenance also took too long to fix the issues reported when we moved in; it took over a month to fix the broken over-handle and one of the fans in the bathroom. Just recently our neighbors down stairs were having a party and was being loud until 1 pm. I just wish that there would be atleast a noise policy or rules implemented,

Decent look, and clean, but not secure and overpriced for the building itself and quality. Location is nice, though.

HI, Its been 25 days now. Everything is good. But there are some appliances that we are still facing issues with. The Exhaust on the stove, Leakage in the dish washer, issues with air conditioning. The maintanence has to be a bit better and quicker in service.

Parking is not ideal and there are not many admenitites. Also with new residents moving in, other residents are forgotten, specifically with maintence.
