The apartment complex is in a quiet and clean area of Denver while at the same time being within walking distance from all the great things that Denver offers. The building has great amenities and each unit I looked at was modern and comfortable.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Mar 12, 2023I've been living here for a year now. i currently stay in a 3 bedroom and 2 bath apt. the apartment overall is really spacious for what its worth. my unit comes with a washer and dryer that i pay a fee for each month. overall my stay here has been a pleasant one. i haven't encountered any issues since living here for a year. the staff that i have encountered they have been friendly and easy to wok with. the only cons i have experienced is occasionally having a loud neighbor by walking around to hard upstairs and the other only con would be the trash system. the y tend to get filled really quick. if the dumpster size could be enlarged i think that would help a lot.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Feb 6, 2024Maintenance is slow on repairs. Grounds and exterior of property poor. Dumpster area always trashed. People just throw their trash inside the gate and not in the dumpster itself. Residents go to the 2nd floor and throw their trash over and it lands on the roof covering the dumpsters. Residents put their trash outside the dumpster gate. I guess they dont have a key to get in. Lastly the dumpster gate has been broken for over a month

Elizabeth H. on Dec 10, 2023Awesome management – Ms. Wilkins and Kaylee J. are genuinely approachable and respond to concerns and issues with patience, understanding, and compassion in a reasonable timeframe. The Maintenance team (Kolin/Brandon, etc.) are amazing and no job is too great for them. The community is comprised of good people who look out for each other. Examples: One dark, rainy night I lost my car fob and a tenant I did not even know got his flashlight, searched the grounds, and found my fob! Last year I broke my ankle and was in a cast/boot and tenants saw me and volunteered to pick-up my Amazon packages in the locked locker area. Sadly, due to life changes, I am leaving WM@HJ and will deeply miss the fantastic staff, and a safe environment that is well lit all night. Most of all the goodness in people who work and live at WM@HJ makes it an enjoyable place to call home. This truly has been a luxury lifestyle!
