It is very good for the price and location

Maintance is great. Location is good (if you don't care about homeless and liberals). The staff is friendly and collaborative. They are great with dogs.

4 Stars

Glows: I enjoy the updated floor and kitchen cabinets look with the faux grey wood. There are a lot of nice people that live in the building. The front patio landscaping is really nice. Grows: People smoke cigarettes on the patio and being on the west-facing side the smoke enters my apartment when my windows are open. There are also people that live in the colburn hotel that come and sit up against our fence and smoke cigarettes so when I am sitting on the front patio I smell their smoke. It is inequitable that some apartments came with air conditioners and some did not. Decent air conditioners cost $500. If I was made aware some apartments had AC units in them already I would have been interested in looking at those. The price is truly outrageous. This is the smallest square footage I have ever lived in and the most money I have ever paid in rent. The parking is also over priced. $125 for an uncovered spot that isn't even secured behind a gate? Textbook price gauging. The hallways are hot and sometimes smell like trash. Dino had to physically clean the community grill himself because it was so filthy so that people can use it. Read Peak did not pay him to do that. He did it out of the kindness of his heart and he shouldn't have had to. Maintenance should be up-keeping the shared amenities. All in all I don't hate it here but I probably would not recommend someone to move in.

Resident review

I live at 960 Grant and for the most part it’s a nice building. I wish there was a little more security and that the foyer of the building wasn’t used as a dump site for old clothes and furniture. Also it would be nice if the dog waste bins were emptied. The residents with dogs are using the trash bin next to the main door and it smells so bad.

Great improvement 2022

Redpeak has improved from last year. I understand it is difficult to find trained maintenance crew… I notice everyone tries their best. I do appreciate the effort to be good leasing company for tenets. From time to time the younger renters forget that people have to rest to work during week… And they sometimes make noise past 10pm noise curfew….but I am sure they will understand soon what it means to be an adult citizen. Everything is beautiful in all the building… The plants and flowers help meditation when resting…. And the buildings are more quiet than last year… It help with focus for work and life…. Thank you Redpeak!!!!
