Property reviewsMia B. on Jun 29, 2025Could not have made a better choice with housing in Cleveland Park. The staff have gone out of their way to ensure a smooth move-in process, and even some of the residents have extended a a greeting or a helping hand. Very welcoming and safe feel to the place. Not to mention the ideal location!
JT on Mar 19, 2024I have lived here for almost three years now. I love the property; it is clean, and well appointed, the staff are nice and friendly, and the units are big for a studio apt. I definitely would recommend living here to a friend, I love my unit and the apartment complex. It is close to shops, the metro, and grocery stores, as well as good restaurants in Cleveland Park.

Connecticut Park Apartments
2828 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 200081 BED $2,119+ 2 BEDS $3,408
Property reviewsRyan a. on Aug 21, 2020My wife and I lived here for 2 years (2018-2020). We cannot say enough good things about everyone there. The manager (Naa) was beyond reasonable and caring with every request we made. They take excellent care of maintenance and cleaning. And on at the front desk, you do not get any better than Connie and Stacy. They make you smile when you come home. The apartments are in the nicest, greenest part of DC in woodley park.. we miss the area. The metro is right there and you are close to two neighbor spots.. woodley and cleveland park. Plus the zoo.. Plus rock creek. We strongly recommend this apartment for the people, neighborhood, and convenience. If you go, tell them Ryan and Gabi say hi.
Anonymous on Jan 20, 2019I've lived at Connecticut Park Apartments for six months, and can't say enough nice things! The building is extremely well maintained, and the staff is not only knowledgable but friendly too. Amenities include an awesome rooftop as well as a 24-hr. concierge. While I don't have a car, the garage is easily accessible, and friends can take advantage of guest parking too! The neighborhood is relatively quiet and extremely family friendly as it's only one block from the zoo and a 10-min. walk to the library. Can't recommend living here enough!

2100 Connecticut
2100 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20008STUDIO $1,680+ 1 BED $2,210+ 2 BEDS $3,459+
Property reviewsH. W. on Jun 30, 2023Our apartment has been a great place to live. The building is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are fulfilled isually within 24 hours. Even though it is an old building, we haven’t had any issues with pests. The management company is communicative and professional, and they are a big reason why it’s been so pleasant to live here.
Anonymous on May 14, 2023I have lived in this studio for two years now, and it's been a great value for the location and service (including maintenance) for around $1750 per month (utilities included). The location is my favorite part. You can easily walk to busy streets such as 18th St in Adam's Morgan and down Connecticut Ave to DuPont Circle, but you can also walk around the quieter neighborhood streets in Kalorama. at Even though the apartment is on Conn Ave, it does not get too loud at night or in the day (aside from the occasional motorcade). The rooftop is also a nice plus and it gets good views. In terms of the space itself, it is wide and open and gets pretty good sunlight (facing Conn Ave). For a studio, the kitchen is quite small and can be difficult to store pots/pans or do much counter work, but one can easily make do. The bathroom is also somewhat small, but still cozy enough. The actual living space is great and clean, the wooden floors are pretty and the walls between apartments seem pretty thick, but closer to the door, you can hear people in the hallways, but it rarely gets rowdy. Maintenance and staff are amazing. If you submit a request, you will likely get it addressed the same or next available day. They have helped with A/C filters, sink clogs, paint peeling and whole bathroom refurnishing.
