Connecticut Park Apartments

My wife and I lived here for 2 years (2018-2020). We cannot say enough good things about everyone there. The manager (Naa) was beyond reasonable and caring with every request we made. They take excellent care of maintenance and cleaning. And on at the front desk, you do not get any better than Connie and Stacy. They make you smile when you come home. The apartments are in the nicest, greenest part of DC in woodley park.. we miss the area. The metro is right there and you are close to two neighbor spots.. woodley and cleveland park. Plus the zoo.. Plus rock creek. We strongly recommend this apartment for the people, neighborhood, and convenience. If you go, tell them Ryan and Gabi say hi.

I've lived at Connecticut Park Apartments for six months, and can't say enough nice things! The building is extremely well maintained, and the staff is not only knowledgable but friendly too. Amenities include an awesome rooftop as well as a 24-hr. concierge. While I don't have a car, the garage is easily accessible, and friends can take advantage of guest parking too! The neighborhood is relatively quiet and extremely family friendly as it's only one block from the zoo and a 10-min. walk to the library. Can't recommend living here enough!

Very happy with the amount of space we get for the price. The appartment was renovated when we moved in, and it looks great. Location is perfect, as is the maintenance of the building. Also important: the staff is very nice and helpful. Issues that arise are quickly and discretely handeled by the building manager. Would definitely recommend.

The building is older BUT is very well kept and most of the apartments have been recently or are being renovated -- with great updates. The location is close to sooo much. The building is rent controlled, so you do not have to worry about your rent skyrocketing from year to year as the area grows/becomes more valuable. The staff are great (24 hour front desk staff that really get to know the residents). The rules are clearly lined out (pay rent on time, etc.) and while they are enforced they are fair.

I'd rather pay for solid construction and quality fixtures than for amenities I'd rarely use like those offered at other apartments. Connecticut Park Apartments has exactly what I was hoping to find within the price range I had set.

Connecticut Park Apartments is a great place to live. Located on Connecticut Ave in Woodley Park it is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Woodley Park and Cleveland Park, is a block away from the Woodley Park Metro Station (Red Line), Metro Bus stations, and in a beautiful and quite neighborhood. For drivers, the quick access to Rock Creek Parkway is also a big plus. Parking is available to lease in an underground garage, or outside parking lot. the parking lot is convenient, though the pavement is in serious need of refurbishment. The apartment and building are great. My apartment is newly renovated an well appointed, with wonderful large windows with a great view. There are no amenities such as a gym or pool. There is a card operated laundry room, which is works fine. We have a concierge. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly, especially our weekday evening person. Overall it is a great apartment with a pretty reasonable rent rate for what you get and where you are.
