2701 Connecticut Ave

I have lived at 2701 Connecticut with my wife for a couple of years, and we love it.  The building feels clean, comfortable, private, and safe.  There can be some quirks to living in a hundred year old building (like having to control your heat with radiators and your AC with window units, rather than having a central thermostat), but the building staff is very helpful in mitigating any issues that pop up.  I want to especially note the quick and professional responsiveness of the building manager Santos.  I also want to praise the building's recent snow removal, particularly noting the hard work of Seve.  2701 Connecticut is a great place to live and I recommend it highly.

The building is amazing and in such a convenient location. Santos and Seve are amazing! They never fail to go above and beyond to help residents. Highly Recommend!

I have lived at this apartment building for almost five years and never want to move! The building is gorgeous and characterful, full of friendly residents who greet and get to know one another at the frequent socials, and is very conveniently located next to the metro and many shops/eateries. The building is also meticulously maintained by the management team, Santos and Seve, who take great care of it and look out for us, too. They are so wonderful and ready to assist immediately with any question or concern, which makes me feel very safe and at home here. I would highly recommend this building to any prospective tenants!

I lived in 2701 from Jul 2024-Oct 2025. Santos and Seve are so amazing, as is the entire community in this building. There are always flowers in the lobby, quarterly social activities, and timely maintenance whenever needed. Santos replied to every email of mine within the hour and Seve was so helpful with anything we needed (and even helped me move out). The building is old and historic but very updated with new appliances. It is such a warm and welcoming place to live, and I plan to move back here should I ever end up back in D.C.!

The team at 2701 is the reason I'm still here after 5+ years as a resident. Santos and Seve are always accessible and promptly resolve any questions or maintenance requests. The property is well cared for, and the easy metro access and walkability in Woodley Park can't be beat.

Santos and Seve do such an incredible job of managing and maintaining our homes at 2701 Connecticut. The building is clean, safe, and exceptionally communal, with neighbors saying hello and checking in with each other in the common areas. Santos and Seve always respond promptly to maintenance requests and any other issues we might have, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and happiness. Additionally, the units are gorgeous and spacious, with views overlooking the zoo and Rock Creek Park. I have never lived in a better-managed apartment building in my many years of renting, and truly can't recommend 2701 Connecticut enough!
