We have enjoyed living here for the most part. It is very quiet, children playing, ample parking. If you like keeping to yourself it is a great place to live. We do have a small child that has experienced exclusion from playing with other kids. If you have children that want an environment to be able to be included in fun with other neighborhood kids, it might not be the best place for you. Maintenance and staff are great. Trash gets backed up at times, but as an apartment liver for years, that is an issue pretty much everywhere. The gate usually has a record of working for about 24 hours max, but just this past month, has been breaking that record as it has been functional, with the exception of one or two repairs, for about 4 weeks now. Packages are typically delivered via amazon locker, or P.O. box at the mailboxes. Lately there have been door deliveries for small packages that are not carried by USPS due to a change in policy regarding packages left out on the counter and floor areas of the locked amazon locker room. Overall a pretty good place to live with quality apartment homes.

Tips on finding a cheap 3 bedroom apartment in Greensboro, NC
For most renters, the cost of rent is the major pain point. The larger the apartment, the more money comes out of their pocket. For that reason, cheap 3 bedroom apartments are in high demand and hard to come by. Though rent prices can go as low as $750 in Greensboro, NC, the market is still tight. But with a little diligence and some handy search tools, you will find an affordable apartment. Try an area that’s further away from the main city attractions, or try an older building that may have cheaper apartments and a ton of charm. Try searching in more affordable neighborhoods, like Lakewood or another nearby. Sometimes lower-priced residential areas have diversity and ethnic authenticity that lend them a lot of character and color.
