Over Rated
The maintaine is good. Never had an issue. Over the years I've lived there the staff has been emotional women, rude insensitive, forgetful, The lady crystal who is in there office now is very nice and helpful and multitasking she's in office by herself but does a wonderful job. Talk with her. The noise ordinance is semi ok. There are alot of dogs that bark all night. The rent has went up $300 within 2 years! Started at 765 to 965 to 1100 for the exact same sq space but they have upgraded a few things. The parking is ok. Legacy could use a club house for the children, events etc.

I think the cost of these apartments are too high especially for a one bedroom and they need to be updated for the price you are asking for especially afyer raising remt and now making people pay for water whwn it was once alrwady included
