What others love about this property:
Local Staff most important asset, rest standard mediocrity
To be honest, I expect most apartments to falsely advertise "luxury living", tons of hot or miss amenities, and rents that often suspiciously outpaces local inflation by about a point a year. I'd say Comet on the whole is pretty average after tallying things up. Pool is pretty good, the dog park is sub par, coffee bar is much better than the silly keurig most places advertize as a coffee bar, putting green is a head scratching was of grass space, noise is noise (staff tries but hard to make loud residents care), people drive way too fast on the complex streets and the head honchos have been "looking into it" for probably two years(maybe their legal counsel is bored and someone getting hit due to their inaction would give them something to do). I'd say the one shining advantage Comet Greensboro has is that without exception, the local staff has been fantastic. They are friendly, listen to residents, respond promptly to what they can, aren't at all like some other places where the staff tries to turn the complex into a fiefdom. Oh, and fingers crossed that the top golf being built across the street drives out the nearby strip club but doesn't raise the rent because of "reasons".

I've been here for more than 2 months and I almost love everything here! The apartment is new and has plenty of sunshine. Love being in the pool with my friends to spend time.
