I have been living here for 3 years now. The property is nice and everyone is respectful. The apartments are good quality and look nice. Maintenance is a 10/10. They are always so helpful and usually come fix issues same day. The area is great. Less than 5 minutes away are shopping plazas with plenty to eat.

Nice place to live
I’ve lived here for years. Staff is great, never had a issue. Property is kept in good condition. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the highway.

Addison Point
I enjoy living at addison point apartments in Greensboro, I love the maintenance crew, they always fix everything super quick and I love the amenities. I wish it was cheaper rent for 1 bedroom apartment.

Feels great to live here.
Very quiet atmosphere compared to what I’m used to. Location is convenient, mearby food & shopping centers; also a short commute to work. Neighbors ans staff are friendly.
