Since Hawthorne took over, its become quieter and maintenance requests get done.

I have lived here for over 5 years and stayed mainly for the location and the value. Hawthorne has made some great changes and are more timely with repairs.

I moved in at the height of COVID-19, and work from home, I have been through SIX different management companies and THREE name changes, With each management company we get upgrades and rent and fees, and I can see the potential. I love the ponds and the geese, it gives a feeling of peace when needed, until the dogs start barking, Working from home you tend to notice the little things, I have never been in the gym, but I heard it has been relocated and updated and the tennis court quietly disappeared, wish tenets would clean up after themselves, it does make a difference. i could go on but i will update if possible
