Lake brandt apartments is a solid choice for those wanting to be close to the city and in a safe neighborhood. Maintenance is great to deal with, however i have had some questionable interactions over the phone with staff in general and getting someone on the phone is a hit or miss but they do return calls. My particular building has about 16 or so parking spaces for a 36 bedroom building which makes finding parking a nightmare and some days i have to park at another building. The amenities are okay, however i never use them anyways. The apartment itself is pretty standard, althought i can seem to gather the price point comes from the amenities and location, not the actual living space. Overall solid choice, safety is my best point for this location. The price can be a turning point for alot of people.

Needed a short-term rental and Lake Brandt fit the bill. Beautiful, nice apartment, very affordable.
