Building review

We have some of the rudest, noisiest neighbors I have ever seen. I will be so glad to move out of the apartment. On a better note, maintenance is great. There has never been a time when my husband or I have called for maintenance to come fix something that they have not been prompt, courteous and very helpful.

General Review of Property

I wish that the gates (which I'm sure is part of the cost of rent) would work. One of the reasons I moved here was the safety of the gates. I've been here almost a year and they have worked 1 day. One day only!! Will they every work?

The location is convenient.

The only thing keeping here is the location. My neighbor blasts rap music through speakers on his balcony at all times of the day. There aren't enough visitor's parking spots. The breezeways aren't maintained (they used to be, I don't know what happened with that.) I've lived here for 3 years and the gates have only worked maybe a span of a month. I feel that I pay for the security of a gated community. That is why I chose this place. I do not get that. There is goose poop everywhere. Literally, the convenient location is the only thing keeping me here.
