Pet Policy

  • All applicants are required to create a profile with PetScreening. Applicants without pets will confirm there will be no pets in the household. Applicants with service/support animals will provide documentation for legal review. Applicants with pets will pay $25 to register each pet.  A photo of your pet(s), information, and other documentation must be provided. PET POLICIES We allow dogs, cats, birds, fish, gerbils, and hamsters.  We permit up to 2 dogs or cats and have no weight restrictions. Approved applicants with pets will be required to pay a non-refundable one-time pet fee for each pet and may be required to pay a pet deposit. Monthly pet rent for dogs and cats will be included in the lease.  The monthly pet rent will be determined by the review of information and documentation provided in the pet screening profile.  Service/Support animals are not considered pets. BREED RESTRICTIONS Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies.  This applies to full or partial breeds. We reserve the right to amend the breed restrictions at any time we deem necessary.

The only place to stay

Living at Bridford was Amazing. The office staff was so professional. I only recommend Bridford Parkway, any problems that I occurred was taken care of. The maintenance team was friendly and prompt and I really appreciated the office response and call back to check and see if everything was taken care of. You can't go wrong Living here. You can't go wrong with this beautiful property. Madison from the beginning of my move in was Amazing. Thank you all!!!!

Best Place I've ever lived

I have lived in many apartments for the last 20 years and I have never found one that cares so much about the residents. I don't feel like just a number here. The property and grounds always look amazing. I don't know why other's reviews said the staff changes often. I know that Susan, Daniel and Vanessa have been here for awhile, at least 3 or 4 years. Any time I have an issue they always seem happy to help. I don't plan on going anywhere for a very long time.
