Everything satisfactory.
Camille R. on Oct 2, 2019Great neighborhood, parking is a bit insufficient at times. The grounds are always kept clean, but the rates for the apartments are extremely to costly . 1,000 + fees is entirely too much for the space and location. And I’m not saying this because I’m one of those tenants that pay rent late every month because my rent is always on time and has been since the 2 years I been there. Two bedroom for 1,000+ fees is outrageous.

We have enjoyed living here for the most part. It is very quiet, children playing, ample parking. If you like keeping to yourself it is a great place to live. We do have a small child that has experienced exclusion from playing with other kids. If you have children that want an environment to be able to be included in fun with other neighborhood kids, it might not be the best place for you. Maintenance and staff are great. Trash gets backed up at times, but as an apartment liver for years, that is an issue pretty much everywhere. The gate usually has a record of working for about 24 hours max, but just this past month, has been breaking that record as it has been functional, with the exception of one or two repairs, for about 4 weeks now. Packages are typically delivered via amazon locker, or P.O. box at the mailboxes. Lately there have been door deliveries for small packages that are not carried by USPS due to a change in policy regarding packages left out on the counter and floor areas of the locked amazon locker room. Overall a pretty good place to live with quality apartment homes.

Enjoying the complex's atmosphere, the gym is great, and the maintenance staff are very quick and efficient.

I didn't rate the amenities as the building with amenities is still under construction. Great staff and maintenance. Slightly noisy when people talk in the hall ways. Wish they can insulate the bottom part of the main door. Otherwise 5 star rating every where else.
Anonymous on Jan 1, 2022So far love it.

Things to remember when looking for a cheap 2 bedroom apartment in Greensboro, NC
There is a series of factors that determine the price of a rental apartment in Greensboro, NC. Its location is probably at the top of the list. The closer a building is to the city center, or to a public transportation station, the more expensive it is. The same goes for buildings located in popular areas with a high density of quality dining, shopping and entertainment options. That’s because most renters would rather be close to where things are happening, thus creating an increased demand for those apartments. Another determinant is the quality of the building, as in how old it is, how well maintained, what amenities it offers. Similarly, the quality of the apartment unit itself is a factor. A furnished apartment will most certainly cost more than an unfurnished one. One that has newer appliances, or has been remodeled recently, is going to demand a higher price. On the flip side, you can find some really good deals if none of these factors are a priority for you. There are 63 apartment buildings in Greensboro, NC you can explore that offer all types of floor plans, including cheap 2 bedroom apartments.
