Mold, Maintenance

I had reoccuring black mold in my apartment that was maintenance painted over and never fixed the leak grom the apartment above me which was also full of mold. The window in the bedroom is plastic so it continuously has precipitation on it, causing mold to reoccur in the window sill. The door in the bedroom does not fit the frame so it hangs off. Maintenance said it could not be fixed and it needed to be replaced but never replaced it.

Noise

My neighbor and his family will never stop banging on the deck and wall. I reported to the manager but they could not do anything. This particular neigbor and his kids play football in the apartment. They go to bed at 3 Am.

Enjoy my stay

Overall I have had a decent time living in this complex. The only issues that I have faced were that the washing machines in the laundry room continue to have problems. Either they are not washing the clothes, the water isn't being drained out of them, or they just simply do not work altogether.
