I have ben living here for about 3 years and moved from the West Coast, so didn't see it before I came, but had a fantastic place upon arrival and have no plans to move, lololol. The staff is wonderful - management always pushes community as there are small networking events periodically throughout the year, if you want to know your neighbors. The location could not be better - Wharf and Navy Yard within minutes as well as the location for Safeway and Waterfront Station. I am really pleased living here - security is also 24 hours - love that!!!!

I lived here from summer of 1968 to summer of 1969. I think my efficiency apartment was #607. It was on the opposite side from the church and overlooked a big, empty lot. It was called Hetherington House then. I loved the louvered screen doors and the big, walk-in closet. Miss Daisy worked on the front desk and Chappy was the mainteneance man. My rent was $110 a month.

I have lived in 1600 16th street for 18 months, and enjoyed my stay so far. I worked until 7 pm daily so the overall noise is only about the traffic on 16th street. The neighborhood is lively and energic.

He is always quick to respond and make sure his projects get carried out all the way through. He is good about keeping me informed about how long something will take, when he will get to it, etc. I truly appreciate his communication and follow-through!

The Park at Arlington Ridge is beautifully landscaped with trees that go back to the 1850's. At any time of the year, plants are in flower. The windows of the apartment are spacious and look out at the trees and sky. Friendly neighbors live in our building; we got together for a summer picnic this year. The staff are courteous and efficient. Maintenance occurs rapidly and new appliances are ordered if necessary. Everything is kept in good working order. The location is ideal with a "small town feel" near large city centers. Transportation is a breeze by car or metro and even on foot. Most stores are minutes away. Apartments are well laid out and spacious with a washer and dryer. This is a great home at a reasonable price. We have lived here three years and feel very lucky to have found the Park at Arlington Ridge.

Pleasant and professional; the front office, the maintenance team, and concierge are wonderful. They treat you like family. The location is beautifully situated next to restaurants, Waterpark, and the entrance to mount Vernon trail. Not to mention located by the metro. The building is well kept and manicured and has amazing amenities. My husband and I truly love living here!

Things are much different in the midst of a pandemic but it seems our safety is a priority and even under mask I can still sense smiles. I am happy with the choice I made in making Crystal Plaza my home. The ability to get to the metro station underground, The morning coffee, The dog treats for the furry neighbors, laundry facilities, are just a few of my favorite perks so far. I can't wait for the pool to open and for my schedule to free up to allow me to use some of the other spaces. Huge shout out to Sandra for here help with Leasing virtually while I was out of state. She made this process so easy and we are grateful.

I've been living in this apartment for almost two years, and it's been a great experience. The maintenance service is efficient, and the rooms are spacious. The amenities are well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful and professional. The location is excellent—it's easily accessible, with the metro and grocery stores nearby, making daily errands convenient. Overall, a great place to live!
