    Save yoir money. Overprices. High utility bills, not ADA compliant with no handrails on the stairs. People living in apartments due for remodels are being told to vacate before their lease is completely expired. The walls are paper thin that yoi cam hear others' conversations.

    This is really a great place to live. Maintenance is a bit of a pain to actually get done but overall its a great place to live. Lots of families and pretty quiet.

    We've been living here for several years, and truthfully it's been one of the best apartment experience we've ever had. It has a beautiful view of a quarry, a great beach and pool, and the office staff are exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help the tenants. I'm so appreciative of everyone here and am very thankful we've had three wonderful years at Runaway Bay.

    I lived here at Springburne in the early nineties for 4 years then bought a home. I had to move due to health reasons, as I needed a one floor plan. I thought about checking with Sprinburne since I had liked living here and needed some time before I decided on what to purchase. I have lived here for three years now and I'm not sure that I want to leave. It is so convenient, livable, clean, quiet, and the staff is exceptional. I would highly recommend looking at Springburne of Polaris if you are looking for a nice place to live.
