Yes the apartments are very beautiful and I would like to know a little bit more about them and is there an application fee because I do not have dogs or cat so that's why I was going ahead but it's a quiet neighborhood I know some people that used to live there but didn't even got to stay and my brother used to live up off of hard road so I will give this excellent thought and I would just like to know when I can be able to check them out again

There’s also evenly distributed precipitation, although renters should be prepared for the occasional thunderstorm and rare hurricane warnings. Renting in Dublin, OH

Dublin’s rental market and neighborhoods are affluent, so renters will primarily find high-end apartments for rent with multiple luxury amenities. Specifically, most units are one- or two-bedroom apartments located toward the southern border of the city and near transportation options to Columbus. Meanwhile, rentals in the northern area are more spacious and have multiple private community facilities. As a result, they have higher rents than other areas of Dublin. Notably, while the law doesn’t limit how much landlords can ask as a security deposit, it’s usually one month’s rent and must be returned within 30 days of terminating the rental agreement. If the renter remains in the unit for longer than six months, landlords are required to pay interest at the rate of 5% per year. Finally, the lease agreement should outline the utility payments and other rights and responsibilities of the renter and landlord.
