Dissatisfaction

No maintenance is ever performed despite multiple requests. Quarterly inspection is a joke. Only done to snoop on tenants. Nothing comes out of it.

Not bad

Been here almost 1 yr. Maintence is pretty nice. Dinika the off8ce manager is responsive and nice. I have had a few hiccups but everything was taken care of. The location is great you are close to shopping, dining the hwyeverything you need is within 10 to 15 mim drive. There are kids they are kids noise levels aint unresonable . They could put up some kind of play area for them I do think that would add to the value of the property. Rent is reasonable you also get full size washer and dryer
