I often say to myself “I love where I live.” At Kensington at riggibs run we have great staff, an indoor and outdoor pool, high end cabinetry and countertops etc ., Good neighbors. Its literally perfect in everyway. Greatly managed by the Oakwood Management Company. I won’t rent from any other company, with them I know what im getting and its the top teir

I recommend Kensington at riggings run, its a very well maintained place, great amenities including indoor pool, outdoor pool, fit pit and gas grill. Nice seating areas outdoors, walking trails, gym and nice pod views offered for some buildings. The staff are very nice and helpful, the community is gated and safe. All in all is a great place to live in.

Excellent amenities, the location is close to major shopping centers. However, there is a problem with Amazon and package deliveries in general. Amazon and FedEx Trucks don’t have a code to enter the gate and deliver to your door, packages only go to the office. If you order something heavy, you have to carry it from the package room in the office to your apartment. I wish they allow carriers to go through the gate for door front delivery. Also they don’t fix the middle water fountain in the pond, it’s rarely on.
